I'm a UI/UX strategist with over 15 years of experience crafting digital experiences that actually work for real people. My sweet spot is turning complex problems into intuitive solutions—whether that's through user research, information architecture, or rolling up my sleeves with front-end development. I've spent my career helping teams boost conversion rates, make products more accessible, and create experiences that users genuinely enjoy. I love working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to bring high-impact digital solutions to life, especially in enterprise environments where the challenges are particularly interesting.

Design Philosophy

I believe great digital experiences happen when thoughtful design meets solid technical execution. I focus on creating responsive, human-centered designs that are accessible to everyone (yes, I'm passionate about ADA/WCAG compliance). I also bring a data-driven approach to my work, using analytics to validate design decisions and ensure we're building something that truly serves users' needs.

The Fun Stuff

When I'm not being a geek about all things tech, I write stories. When I'm not writing stories, I'm drawing (everything, constantly). When I'm not doing those things, I'm in my garden or going for long hikes in the woods. I live near several entrances to the Appalachian Trail, so the hiking is spectacular.
